Dear Applicant,
Diss-Side Inn Hotels is a prestigious 3 star hotel in England. We require a superstar chef to fill in vacant positions in our Hotels here in England.
The Chef will be responsible for overall culinary operation, which includes purchasing, receiving, storage and product control up to the proper creation, planning and implementation of creative menus. He/she will work to make sure the smooth running in all aspects of the culinary operation. He/she will also coordinates with Service, Stewarding and Events team to facilitate excellent communication and ensure the realization of team established quality and service standards.
This role is open to all nationalities
Requirements:
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management School
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a 4* or 5* hotel with various positions from Commis, Chef de Partie, Sous Chef
- Other necessary qualifications
